Caregivers You Can Trust
Caregiving in the home is one-to-one. Therefore, hiring a caregiver you can trust is a must. We make sure that every caregiver we hire is someone we would be comfortable taking care of our own loved one.
We are very selective, hiring only 10% of all applicants. Every caregiver we hire goes through an extensive background check which includes;
E-Verify check (Employment Verification Program operated jointly by the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration)
ICE check (US Immigrations and Customs Enforcement)
At least two professional reference checks
A State Police background check
4-5 courthouse-level background checks (criminal background and driving record checks)
Evaluation by staff regarding English proficiency
Interviewed by 3-5 separate staff members for compatibility
All are required to be Nurse Aides or Certified Nurse Aides
Upfront and ongoing random drug tests

Awarded Care
1) Daily caregiver activity log-ins and task reports done on their mobile devices 2) CareCommunity access so that you can see all schedules and reports in real-time from anywhere 3) weekly care team review of all cases 4) RN visit every 30-90 days or after a hospitalization
